2 DEFINE THE REQUIREMENTS
The identification of needs corresponds to the part of the business side, that is why it is necessary to define these needs in requirements whose content describes the functional and technical specifications of the product or service that will be implemented to satisfy the specific business need.
3 IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENTS OR SOLUTIONS
At this point we proceed to word or materialize previously defined requirements. It may be about improvements, optimization of some existing process within the company. Or about solutions, which will be in charge of fixing problems that are affecting any process in the company.
4 QUALITY TESTS
The quality tests are part of the implementation. However, it is necessary to emphasize this process because it is the one that guarantee quality of the work that is carried out, the strict compliance with all the specifications requested and required by the client before, during and after the service we are providing.
5 MOVE TO PRODUCTION
Once the implementation has been completed and the quality of the product is guaranteed, you move it to production.
